I ordered some tools from them on Thursday and they arrived Friday. They are about a 3 hours drive away so they shipped promptly and the USPS was on the ball.
You had better talk to someone technical before ordering. The customer service staff doesn't understand how their products work and sold me tools that wouldn't do the job.
PS If they sell you stuff that doesn't fit your needs they will not pay for shipping the correct stuff.
My first order shipped UPS overnight which arrives by 10:30AM, my replacement order was shipped FedEx Overnight which doesn't arrive until 3PM. Be careful when ordering from this company. If you really need the tools I would buy from someone else.
